DELIVERY ADDRESS

Ra Ra Nails recommends that customers provide a secure delivery address, for example your place of employment. Ra Ra Nails is not responsible for lost/stolen parcels.

RETURNS

Please choose your products carefully. For hygiene reasons, no returns or exchanges will be offered unless the product is proven faulty. I take great care to ensure that my products are packed securely so that they arrive to your door in perfect condition. However in the event of any discrepancy, breakage, damage etc. please notify me at I Ra Ra Nails by e-mail at info@raranails.com within 72 hours of receipt, along with your name, date and reason. Failure to adhere to this timeframe may result in the claim not being recognised. Items must be returned with original packaging. Once we receive your return, if your return order is assessed as faulty, a replacement item will be dispatched to you and a credit applied for your return postage. In the case where the same item is not available you will be refunded original order amount, including original postage charges and return postage. Once your refund or exchange has been processed, you will be notified via email. All exchanges will be processed within 14 days of receipt of goods and all refunds must be applied via original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days.
