Processing time.

Orders will be processed on a first in first serve basis and are made to order.

All tems are lovingly hand made to order and not sent out until they are hand made to the standard advertised.

During busy times orders can take from up to 2-4 weeks to be shipped or delivered, although we will try to get your order out as soon as possible.

Address Changes.

Orders will be shipped to the address used in checkout.

Please ensure all information is correct before making your payment.

Items sent back will be re-sent at the buyer's expense.

Returned Package.

If any packages are returned to RaRa Nails (due to improper address entry, changed address etc.) we will make every attempt contact you.

Tracking Information.

All packages will be sent with a tracking number.

If you believe there is a delay, please contact the mail service provider listed with your tracking number.

Rara nails will not be held responsible for delays after your items have been shipped.
